Brewery Hops of Ireland Ltd respects your privacy.  We will comply with the General Data Protection Regulation in our processing of your data.

The only information we hold on our clients is their name, address, date of birth and occasionally nationality.  We hold this data on the lawful basis of consent or further to a contract.  The purpose of collecting and processing this data is to provide tourism services within Ireland.

This personal data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation.  You have rights regarding the data we hold on you, these include the rights to access, deletion and rectification related to data we hold on you.  Please contact us via the Contact page on the website to exercise those rights.  If you are not happy with the way we have handled your data, and are unable to resolve the issue with us personally, you can complain to the Data Protection Commissioner.

You can pay for trips via our website but this is handled by an external credit card gateway provider and all we receive thereafter is notification of sale and payment.  We do not receive a copy of your banking information or credit card details.

We do not pass on your personal data to any third party providers except as necessary to arrange trips, for example passing your name to hotels during the booking process.

Website

We do not gather data from website users save data that you directly provide under the Contact page.  Our website uses session cookies to enhance your experience on the website.

Mailing list

We do not add our customers to our direct marketing mailing list unless they specifically sign up to it. Where we do direct market to the mailing list, you will have the opportunity in each email to unsubscribe from that list.

Your data is stored on password-protected computer system.  Personal data is held from the time you booked the trip until 12 months after the end of the trip.
