Absolutely loved this series of DIRT highlighting the island of Ireland’s outdoor adventure experiences, food and drink, as well as Ireland’s rich culture. The travel series of DIRT followed host Josh Rosen as he tours around Ireland from West Cork to Belfast for eight days, experiencing activities like surfing, sea swimming and seaweed baths and meeting with local chefs and food producers. Loved how Ireland was captured in all its coastal beauty. Josh met the local small producers of Ireland starting in the Boyne Valley and going all the way West to Inis Mór. On the Dingle Peninsula he visited our friend Adrienne in West Kerry Brewery for a pint of Beal Bán. He experienced everything from cheese making to eel fishing, foraging, mussel farming and distilling poitín whilst highlighting  what Irish chefs do best – sourcing top class local ingredients. Well worth a watch.
